Welcome to JettyNidhi. By accessing our website, mobile application, or utilizing our banking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership and Account Opening
To avail of our deposit and loan services, you must be a registered member of JettyNidhi. Membership is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and compliance with all KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations as mandated by law. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Deposits
All deposits (Fixed, Recurring, Savings) are accepted strictly as per the guidelines laid down for Nidhi Companies. Interest rates are subject to change as per management decisions and regulatory caps. Premature withdrawal of deposits will attract a penalty as specified in your deposit certificate.
3. Loans
Loans are granted solely to members against adequate security (Gold, Property, or Deposits). The approval, sanctioning, and disbursement of loans are at the absolute discretion of JettyNidhi. Borrowers must adhere to the repayment schedules. Defaulting on loan repayments will result in penal interest, and JettyNidhi reserves the right to auction the pledged security to recover dues.
4. Digital Banking and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs. JettyNidhi will never ask for your password or PIN. Any transactions carried out using your credentials will be deemed authorized by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
JettyNidhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, system outages, network failures, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.
6. Changes to Terms
JettyNidhi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
