Cancellation & Refund Policy

JettyNidhi believes in ensuring a smooth and transparent financial experience for its members and customers. Our cancellation and refund policies regarding deposits, loan processing fees, and service charges are as follows:

• Deposit Accounts: Requests to cancel or close a fixed deposit or recurring deposit before maturity will be subject to premature withdrawal penalties as outlined in your deposit agreement. Refunds of principal will be processed to the linked savings account.
• Loan Processing Fees: Loan processing fees and valuation charges are strictly non-refundable once the loan application has been submitted and processing has been initiated, regardless of final approval status.
• Erroneous Deductions: If any unauthorized or erroneous deductions are made from your account, please immediately report them to our Customer Service team. Once verified, refunds for such deductions will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• Service Cancellations: Requests for cancellation of value-added services (such as SMS alerts or premium debit cards) can be made at any time. Any prorated refunds will be credited back to your main account.
• Processing Time: In case of any approved refunds or adjustments by JettyNidhi, please allow 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account balance.
